Roll IFAK is an unconventional but proven design. It consists of an inner insert that can be filled with medical equipment and an outer cover that can be attached to unconventional places on your gear, such as under the rear plate bag, thanks to Velcro. The openings in the outer cover are adjustable with an elastic band with a stopper, allowing you to adjust the opening so that the insert does not fall out even during sudden movements, but at the same time can be easily removed.
